The purpose of this blog is to provide free educational resources for those of you that might not currently have the time or financial resources to take one of my courses, receive tutoring help, or utilize my mentorship services.
In this blog, I cover topics that I'm frequently asked (mostly by my sisters, let's be honest), topics I see a lot on social media, and topics that you all request but might not be enough to fit into a whole course. These might include things like fat vs. carbohydrate utilization during exercise or what doping actually is (such a fun topic especially with the Olympics and Tour de France this summer!).
Each post (other than this introductory one) will also have a video associated with it if you're less interested in reading.
